| TRANSPORTATION AND ORDERING
CALCULATING THE TRANSPORTATION COSTS
There are two parameters to calculating the transportation costs:
1. Total weights of the products which you have choosed: The weights of the products has been saved in its database. While at the time of a process of ordering the calculating module uses these weights.
2. Delivery adress: Delivery to the foreign countries (out of Turkey) price lists are different from each other. The prices can be change according to the foreign countries.
PRIVACY POLICY
The personal informations which are compile belongs the users are protected by the highest physical and electronical security standarts and these informations just can be use by the authorized employees, according to the Turkish Republics and international commercial laws.
Hat-Tezhib.com undertake and guarantee the personal informations which are compile belongs the users can’t be use anybody else except the costumers or out of their permittion.
Your personal informations which you saved can be reached and changed by only the users. Nobody else can be reach or change your personal informations. You can cancel your membership whenever you want. The informations are deleted who is cancel it don’t use by Hat-Tezhib.com.
SALE CONTRACT
1. People under 18 cannot do shopping from Hat-Tezhib. Hat-Tezhib.com have products concerning children, but sells them to adults.
2. It’s possible to do shopping from Hat-Tezhib with credit card (Visa, MasterCard). The orders which is not paid in one week would be cancelled. The time of orders’s process starts not at the time of giving order, but when the money received from the credit card account or when we determine (assure) that the money transfered to our accounts. The ways of paying that are not appointed like Cash on delivery or postal cheque ect. are not accepted.
3. Hat-Tezhib delivers all of your orders with a bill of consignment in accordance with the laws. Gift packets are sent with bill of consignment and later on the bill is posted to concerning bill address. All of the shopping prices are expressed as Turkish Liras (TL). Value added tax (VAX) is added to the shopping price. Vax rate is %18.
4. Hat-Tezhib is not responsible for price errors (mistakes) which are derived from composition and system faults
5. The stiuations which weren’t exist or anticipated at the time of signing the contract, proceed out of the both sides’s control, make it impossible for one side or both sides to fulfill their duty (loan) and responsibilities partially or compeletly or fulfill them at the right time would be accepted as force majeure (Natural disaster, war, terror, rebellion, legal provisions, strike, lockout, an important breakdown in production and communication foundation etc). The side who has the force majeure must immediately inform the situation with an written examination to the other side. During the force majeure, no responsibility would arise because of not fulfilling the duties. If present force majeure contiuned throughout 10 days, there would arise a right for both sides to do a one-sided abolishment.
6.Hat-Tezhib stocks all its products for sale like other shopping web sites. And also it procures the products according to customer’s order. Despite the lists of all products are updated everyday, some of the ordered pruductions which are in suppliers’ stocks may be consumed. So in this situation, we would inform you and make a return for your credit card.
7.A paid-up order’s delivery is made by Yutiçi Kargo, Yurtiçi Lojistik and Partner Courier. If the delivery zone is out of Turkey it’s made by an foreign post service or the special courier firm Aramex. The detailed information about cargo service is below (*)
8.If your packets aren’t delivered to you in the given (certain) period, you can write it to satis@hat-tezhib. com, so that you inform the problem to Hat-Tezhib. The shipping company can be follow either by us or customer’s calling. After the delivery, the shiping firm is supposed to do it’s work best. So, at the time of delivery, the damaged packets mustn’t be accepted (taken) and a minute should be taken. And then the minute must be faxed to this phone number:0212 295 75 01 and mailed to satis@hat-tezhib.com. Hat-Tezhib would start to work about the order immediately and get the delivery again in a short time.
9.Generally you can give back the product you purchased in a 7 days time after the delivery with a valid reason, unless you destroy and damage the characteristics of the product for sale. Detailed information about giving back (returning) the product is below (**).
10.The person who purchased from Hat-Tezhib is supposed to agree all of the conditions above.
(*)CARGO
1. Options related to a cargo are given to our customers at the time of ordering.
2. If there is a neccesity, Hat-Tezhib can make a variation (change) to shorten the time of delivery (shiping). And there is no need to pay extra price for this variation made in order to get customers’ pleasure.
3. The average time of delivery is 1-3 days (for special cargo firms)
II – To foreign countries (To out of Turkey)
1.The shipments to foreign countries are made (fullfilled) by the special shipping firm Aramex and Foreign-post service (15-21)
2.The shipments of Aramex are insured as much as the pocket’s value.
III – Fixing the price of cargoes
There are 3 parameters in fixing the price of cargoes
1. Total weight of the products purchased (The total weight of each product is calculated automatically using the recorded weight in database at the time of ordering process)
2.Delivery zone of the pocket (Zone where the pocket will be delivered)
(The tarrifs of shipping in and out of Turkey are different. Foreign shipping tarrifes differ according to the countries)
3. Shipping firm that is chosen for in-Turkey shippings. At the time of ordering process, cargo firm and the options of prices are informed in cargo page after the addressing step.
(**) RETURNS (GIVING BACK)
• Products which is unpacked, used, damaged etc. aren’t taken back.
• Return must be with original package.
• Üründe ve ambalajında herhangi bir açılma, bozulma, kırılma, tahrip, yırtılma, kullanılma ve sair durumlar tespit edildiği hallerde ve eserin müşteriye teslim edildiği andaki hali ile iade edilememesi halinde eser iade alınmaz ve bedeli iade edilmez.
• If product and package is opened, defected, damaged, broken, torn and etc.; if product is different from the condition of the delivery (changes after delivery) the product isn’t taken back and the price isn’t given back.
• If there is any defection after the delivery, application must be done to the authorized service.
• The product given back is sent to technical service after arriving to Hat-Tezhib. If the technical service’s control is result in a report as “the production was broken by the customer” so the returning isn’t accepted.
The shiping of giving back the product in a 7 days time belongs to the customer.
